Data about the inscribed users on the various socials are processed on latter whenever users communicate with Magho’s fan page within the platform itself, responding to comments/questions on posts or to private messages sent on the social media platform.
MAGHO uses such data to answer users’ requests, to maintain a privileged relationship with its subscribers and to improve its services, products and offers based on statistic data about the subscribers’ behaviour within the social platform (for example the number of likes, actions on the posts, reach of the post).

The interested party always has the right to ask the Controller:
to access its own personal data in a structured format, of common use and readable from an automatic device and where technically feasible;
to get information concerning the logic, the methods and the purposes of the processing;
to update, correct, integrate, delete or transform into an anonymous form the same or its lockout;
the limitation of the processing that concerns him/her or the possibility to oppose in whole or in part to the processing;
